  • At Superside, I helped build and scale the strategic consulting function within a global SaaS platform.

    • Led 180+ strategic engagements across SaaS, fintech, AI, marketplaces, and enterprise tech

    • Worked directly with founders, CMOs, and product leaders

    • Designed positioning systems, messaging frameworks, and full-funnel GTM architectures

    • Contributed $800K+ in incremental revenue, representing ~20% of active client portfolio

    • Built and launched 4 productized business units generating $1M+ ARR

    • Led cross-functional teams across strategy, design, tech, and analytics
